Overeating as the Entry Point to Your Best Self
Overeating, food addiction, and weight can be the Entry Point into self empowerment and self realization when approached with conscious-awareness and loving-kindness.
A safe, supportive, gentle, non-diet approach to the issues of overeating, food addiction, and weight using:
~Traditional History/Herstory Sharing and Exploring
~Mindful, conscious-awareness, self inquiry processes
Traditional History/Herstory Sharing explores the personal history and purpose of overeating and weight issues. Our story helps to identify and make sense of the “how and why” of difficult and uncomfortable emotions, loss, trauma and anxiety that often underlie patterns of overeating.
Mindful, conscious-awareness, self inquiry processes provide gentle, simple and supportive capacities for being present with and for the self, distinguishing between emotional hunger and physical hunger, and nourishing the self in deeply loving ways.
Bodymind technologies provide gentle and extremely effective skills for processing difficult and uncomfortable emotions and food cravings.
