The midpoint of winter is behind us, and the difference in the daylight is noticeable. Yeah, it’s still cold but that’s what winter is about, right? Let’s focus on taking care of ourselves, starting up (or perfecting) those New Year’s aspirations, and enjoying the outdoors as much as we can.

4 Week Nutrition Course: Fundamentals of a Whole Foods Lifestyle
In this course, we’ll be exploring the best food and lifestyle habits to achieve and maintain healthy weight and body composition. We’ll talk about how to compose meals and find a rhythm to eating that supports a healthy metabolism. We’ll be sharing recipes for a Mediterranean-style whole foods way to eat, exchanging tips and enjoying support of the group.

Introduction to Meditation
If you’re curious about meditation, and have no idea how to proceed…..or you’ve tried it in the past and didn’t feel very successful, this is the class for you. Over 4 weeks, you’ll learn different meditation and relaxation techniques and have an opportunity to practice. All this will help you establish a home practice for ongoing wellbeing.

February Food Group
We’re meeting the day before Valentine’s, so we’re thinking “red”. Now, that can be interpreted many different ways! Red food, red as in your heart—either things you love or things that are heart healthy. Maybe red as in “so spicy it’ll turn your face red”. Be creative!

Spring Liver Detox/ Reset and Renewal–Plan Ahead
After being quieter and less active during the winter months, it’ll be time to get up and move, get outside more, and wake up our digestion/detoxification/ elimination systems. Yes, it’s time to think about our Liver Detox! We’ll be doing a 3 week program of a partial elimination diet that focuses on foods that help the liver, as well as drinking my Liver Detox Tea daily. We’ll communicate via a private/closed Facebook Group for questions, sharing and group support. If you’ve considered this but haven’t yet tried it, now’s the time. Begins Saturday March 3, 2018 and continues through Saturday March 24, 2018.
$120 for all materials (recipes, meditations, daily commentary and advice from me, etc), Detox Tea and Sleep Tea. We have amazing classes, with lots of personal attention (you can only fit 8 mats in our room comfortably!). Here’s the schedule:
