Yoga Classes

Join us for Yoga Classes… relaxing, rejuvenating, strengthening…

Monday 9-10:15am

Beginner’s Slow Flow with Jess Kramer.  This is a good place to start if you’re new to yoga.  Jess also occasionally throws in a yin yoga class during this slot.

Monday 6:30-8pm   

Iyengar-based class with Maria.  Iyengar style is focused on alignment and precision.

Wednesday 4:30-5:30pm 

Restorative class with Doris Szeto.  Restorative classes teach you to relax and let go as you are supported with bolsters and blankets.  No experience necessary.

Friday 10-11:15am   

Mixed level flow class with Jess Kramer.  In this class, Jess kicks it up a bit, based on who is attending.  Don’t be intimidated, this class is fun.

 

*To register for any yoga class, please email yoga@medicineinbalance.com. This will go to each of our instructors directly, so please be clear which class you’d like to attend. The instructors will respond to you directly regarding payment, etc.

**Our yoga space is small (8 mats maximum) so expect loads of individual attention.
